We are an expanding retailer with 30 years experience and we make bespoke furniture that is all handmade in Britain.  We are looking for a fabulous Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at head office.  You will support the Supply Chain Manager processing orders and data entry through to trouble shooting enquiries.  Our employees stand out from the crowd for their customer service in the same way that the quality of our product stands out too.

Our store and functional support teams are vitally important to Company success as we rely on them to share our passion, with our customers, for our beautiful handcrafted products, with integrity and authenticity.

This role would suit someone from a retail, supply chain or administration background. It is 9 – 5, Monday to Friday with a pension scheme, life assurance, staff discounts and 23 days holiday. Day to day responsibilities will be processing orders, entering details onto the bespoke data-base accurately, liaising with customers and warehouses answering any queries.

You should be/have:-

  • Vibrant, upbeat and confident personality
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Good data-entry skills
  • Flexible can do attitude with a positive approach to delivering results
  • Retail or administration experience
  • Computer literacy is a MUST ideally working with databases and Microsoft packages
