HR Advisor Generalist

This is an exciting opportunity working for a blue chip organisation based in Guildford.  The role will involve some travel to other offices based in Reading and Basingstoke.  You will be supporting and assisting the HR team which will include perfornace management, acting as the first point of contact for employee and line manager queries, managing processes and policies and holding exit interviews.  This role will initially be on a six month contract with the possibility of the role becoming permanent.  Our client ideally is looking for some HR experience at either HR Advisor or HR Admin level.  Experience of working within employee policies and processes would be an advantage.  Great benefits.
