Telemarketer

Telemarketer required to generate new business from existing and new customers. You would need to remain in constant contact with all customers for the purpose of ensuring the highest level of customer service and retention.

The main focus of this role will be to maintain and retain existing customer relationships through account management and good customer services. As such there is little requirement for 'cold calling'.

However, they do drive campaigns approximately once a quarter which will involve cold-calling for new customers, so candidates will need to be happy doing this.

Successful applicants will be confident communicators and enjoy spending a good deal of their time on the phone. They will also come from a strong telemarketing background with an excellent history of customer service.
