Food and Beverage Manager

An exciting position for a Food and Beverage Manager has arisen!

As Food and Beverage Manager you will be running day to day food and beverage operations, train the team to reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction, hold regular meetings, recruit and retain a quality workforce, optimise profitability and liaise with the General Manager on future marketing activities.

 The successful Food and Beverage Manager will have  a background in a high-quality, fast-paced environment and have a great level of self motivation and initiative. You will be an energetic team leader with excellent management skills. You will have good communication skills and an analytical understanding of finance.

You must have own transport due to location.

Salary: £22K -£25K with the opportunity to earn a bonus of 10% annual salary + excellent benefits
