My client is looking for a Recruiter to join their small, professional team in a niche market.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be carefully selecting and submitting suitable candidates for multiple specialist vacancies, writing supporting notes for CV's, writing accurate and engaging job adverts, conducting informal telephone interviews, answering client and candidate queries, discussing candidates with clients and attending client visits.

The successful Recruiter will have excellent communication skills and written English, able to work effectively and calmly under pressure and have a genuine desire to build a long-term career in recruitment. Ideally you will have an interest in technical communication and IT. You can either be an experienced Recruitment Consultant or be looking for your first opportunity.

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience + annual bonus + benefits
