                                                                           First Line Support / Client Support Analyst

Location: Woking // Salary 22-24K

An established and fast growing Finance Solutions company is looking for a First Line Support Analyst / Client Support Analyst to join their organisation.

The ideal 1st Line Support Analyst will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to stay calm in high pressure environments
  • Ability to work in high pressure environments
  • At least 1 year of 1st line support experience
  • A technical degree (i.e. computer science)
  • An ITIL qualification (desirable, not essential) – or ITIL knowledge
  • A good history of providing first line support in a Windows environment.
