My client is a market leading web content management system (CMS) company based in Woking. They are 10 minutes from Woking train station and there is free parking on site.   The client is small enough that your input counts and is integral to the success of the company.  They are actively expanding and therefore there is career progression.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Website support: support and development of company and customer websites
• Using excellent communication skills to speak with clients to provide product support over the phone or via email
• Liaising with 2^nd and 3^rd Line support functions of the product team to ensure SLAs are met
• Ensuring the website is fully functional and accessible at all times.

Key Technologies

• A working knowledge of any of the following languages;  XHTML, CSS and Jquery/Javacript, Coldfusion (if you have a basic understanding, further training will be provided)
• Experience of working with other CMS solutions such as Wordpress, Drupal or Joomla would be advantageous
• A working knowledge of any server side languages like PHP, ASP.NET, Coldfusion is highly desirable
