Internal Sales Support

You need to be technically minded.  You will be maintaining and developing business with existing customers, responding to new prospects and assisting field sales engineers as well as liaising with suppliers.  The main part of your job will be:-

• answering calls, letters, emails and faxes issuing quotations, distributing literature
• following up sales leads
• supporting the field sales engineers
• report daily on activities, potential sales opportunities, customer complaints
• developing relationships with clients

You need to be dynamic, ambitious with excellent customer service skills.  You will need to be self motivated, well organised with a positive and enthusiastic outlook.
