Senior Residential Social Worker

Our client based just outside of Guildford is looking for a Senior Residential Social Worker.  This is an exciting opportunity working within a specialist residential unit for boys.  The role will involve promoting the welfare of the children, attending staff meetings, participating in group therapy and offering guidance and support where needed.  You must have experience of working with young people in a residential setting, be a proactive, self starter with lots of enthusiasm and common sense.  You must also have a current driving licence.
